Delivery & order processing:

The delivery time within Germany is a maximum of 1 - 2 weeks after receipt of payment. For shipments to destinations outside of Germany, the delivery time increases depending on the destination country.

The necessary data for personalization can be entered in the message field when ordering. So that we can create an individual design for you, we need the following information from you:

- First names of the bride and groom
- The important daily schedule of the wedding
- The corresponding times

You will then receive a preliminary proof via message. We will only begin production once the preliminary draft has been approved!

It is shipped in a box additionally wrapped in bubble wrap.
